We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return unless otherwise stated in sale agreement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at peter@igoldencnc.us If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for expenses associated with return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A refund of the original purchase price or exchange will be issued once a non-defective product has been returned and all items are accounted for with the following amendments/fees:
- Igoldencnc will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then a standard fee for machines will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer.
- No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
- No refund will be granted for the Laptop/Tablet which has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardizes the I goldencnc ability to re-market and to resell the product.
- All Returns are subject to a 15 percent (15%) restocking fee or 25 percent (25%) for laser cutters models, which percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges. Custom Orders of equipment built to the client’s specifications are not covered by the Return Policy.
- To return any product clients must email or call our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs, we will not accept any un-approved returned shipments.
For your convenience, we advise you to keep the original crate and packaging for a possible return. Refunds exclude any shipping or handling costs for any reason. Any non-returned accessories will not be refunded. The shipping/handling fee originally charged will be used as the basis for the non-refundable shipping fees. Please call us prior to return shipping for confirmation.
